Michael Kinard joined Bchex in 2014 and brings over a decade of experience in the background screening industry. A lifelong North Carolinian, Michael has deep roots in his community and puts God first, allowing faith to guide all his decisions, thoughts, and actions. He is happily married to his amazing wife, Sarah, and together they have two kids and three dogs. Family time is precious to him, whether it's running, hiking, or enjoying the great outdoors. 

In his downtime, you’ll often find Michael fishing—his favorite way to unwind. He draws inspiration from his Pops, who taught him that helping others is as rewarding as it is impactful, a value Michael brings to his work every day. He feels grateful for a role that lets him protect not only people but their dreams, a responsibility he takes to heart and carries with pride.

Known for his dry, sarcastic humor, Michael brings a good-natured energy to the team, keeping things interesting and adding a dose of fun to the workplace.
